Raffle Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Wundirra Community and Consultancy Services Ltd, an incorporated charitable organisation based in New South Wales.
2. Authority to Conduct Raffle
This raffle is conducted as an art union under the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW).
An Art Union Authority has been obtained from NSW Fair Trading. Authority Number: GOCAU/2682.
2A. Display of Authority Number
The Authority Number will be clearly displayed on all raffle tickets and on all advertising and promotional material relating to this raffle, including the Promoter's website, social media platforms and all printed and digital campaign materials.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 years or over. Directors, employees and volunteers of the Promoter are not eligible to enter this raffle. Proof of age and identity may be required before a prize is awarded.
4. Prize Draw Period
The prize draw will only proceed if the minimum ticket threshold outlined in Clause 8 is achieved.
If all available tickets sell before the scheduled closing date, ticket sales will close immediately and the prize draw will be conducted within fourteen (14) days of the sell-out date. The revised draw date, time and location will be published on the Promoter's website.
5. How to Enter
Tickets are available for purchase online via www.wundirra.org.au. Tickets are $2,500 (AUD) each.
A maximum of 100 individually numbered tickets will be issued. Each valid ticket constitutes one (1) entry into the prize draw. Payment must be received in full before a ticket is issued.
6. Prize
There is one (1) prize package consisting of a brand new food trailer and a second-hand utility vehicle.

Total Prize Pool Value: approximately $108,097.
The Promoter confirms it is the legal owner of both prize items and has full authority to transfer ownership to the winner. The prize package will be awarded to one (1) winner only. The prize cannot be divided, substituted, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
7. Prize Conditions
The winner is responsible for all costs associated with collecting the prize, including transport, transfer fees, registration, insurance, licensing, maintenance, operation and all ongoing expenses after ownership has transferred.
The food trailer is brand new and will be provided with all fittings, equipment and accessories as advertised.
The utility vehicle is provided in its current condition, subject to any transferable manufacturer or dealer warranties.
The Promoter makes no representation regarding the suitability of the prize package for any particular commercial purpose beyond the specifications disclosed.
The winner must arrange collection of the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
Where reasonably requested, prospective entrants may inspect the prize package before the draw by appointment with the Promoter's campaign team.
8. Minimum Ticket Threshold and Draw Conditions
This raffle is subject to a minimum of 100 tickets being sold. If fewer than 100 tickets are sold before ticket sales close:
- the raffle will not proceed;
- no prize will be drawn;
- all purchasers will receive a full refund of the amount paid;
- refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days; and
- entrants will be notified by email.
9. Draw Details
If the minimum ticket threshold has been achieved, the draw will take place on 14/10/2026, drawn by AU Raffles, unless Clause 4 applies due to an earlier sell-out.
The winning ticket will be selected by a random draw conducted under the supervision of an independent person who is not a director, employee or volunteer of the Promoter and who has no financial or personal interest in the outcome of the raffle.
Every valid ticket has an equal chance of winning. The winner will be notified within two (2) business days.
The winner's name will be published within seven (7) days on the Promoter's website, social media platforms and any other campaign channels used to advertise the raffle.
9A. Prize Claim
If the winner is not present or cannot immediately be contacted, the prize will be held for fourteen (14) days. During this period the Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner using the details supplied when purchasing the ticket.
10. Use of Proceeds
All net proceeds from ticket sales will be applied to the charitable purposes of Wundirra Community and Consultancy Services Ltd. The prize package has been donated and is not funded from ticket sales.
11. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable except where:
- the minimum ticket threshold is not achieved;
- the raffle is cancelled; or
- a refund is otherwise required by law.
12. General
By purchasing a ticket, entrants acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions, including that the raffle will only proceed if the minimum ticket threshold is achieved.
The Promoter reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, public emergencies, technical failures, venue unavailability or any other event preventing the raffle from being conducted safely, fairly or lawfully. Any changes will be published on the Promoter's website as soon as reasonably practicable.
13. Redetermination of Winner
If the winner has not claimed the prize within fourteen (14) days despite reasonable attempts to contact them, the prize will be forfeited. A redraw will be conducted within fourteen (14) days using the same independently supervised random draw process described in Clause 9. The replacement winner will be contacted and published in the same manner as the original winner.
14. Resolution of Disputes
Any dispute concerning the conduct of this raffle or a claim to a prize should first be directed to the Promoter via www.wundirra.org.au. The Promoter will investigate and respond within fourteen (14) days.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights or remedies available under the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW), the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW), the Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable legislation.
15. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information solely for the purpose of administering the raffle, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, awarding the prize and complying with legal obligations. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at www.wundirra.org.au.
16. Taxation
Any taxation consequences arising from acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entrants should obtain independent financial or taxation advice regarding any taxation implications associated with winning the prize.
